Today we have a really cool project to share with everyone but especially anyone interested in mobile houses and craftsman-style homes. This project is a combination of both those elements. We’re referring to the new 2021 structure designed by studio Woodland Park.
This mobile house has a beautiful old-school exterior and a very welcoming and comfortable interiorThe sliding cargo trays on the exterior are perfect for storing sports equipment and various other things
It’s the TC-301C model and it’s built on a park model vehicle. This is a trailer-type RV usually used for recreation or as temporary accommodation and what’s really cool about the way in which this one was designed is the craftsman aesthetic.
The outside is white which gives it a fresh and clean look and contrasts nicely with all the black framesThe cargo slots have sliding trays inside so you can easily access everything inside
As you can see, this is a new house but has that lovely old house type of charm which is carefully suggested through various design details including the overall shape and the finishes used throughout.
Although the interior is not very big, it looks and it feels very spacious and airyThe interior walls and ceiling are painted in a light color and the large windows let in lots of sunlight
There’s plenty of room for customization in terms of design and even layoutThe sitting area is placed on a raised platform which makes room for even more storage underneath
This is the type of house that you can take with you on all your adventures or leave in one spot for a while depending on your plans. You can transport it to a new location as needed and take advantage of all the cool built-in features on the go.
The wooden stairs are nicely incorporated into the design and match in style the railingsThere’s basically two main components to the interior: the kitchen and the living area
For example, it has a series of cargo trays on the outside where you can store a bunch of equipment and there’s plenty of storage space inside as well. Speaking of which, the interior looks amazing. This is such an inviting house, which looks and feels a lot more spacious than you’d imagine. It has a nice kitchen with a kitchen and all the necessities easily accessible, a raised sitting area with big windows, comfortable furniture and cleverly integrated storage under the floor and the whole space is super welcoming.
There’s enough space on the platform for a sofa and a couple of armchairs and this is a really cozy setup
There’s built-in lighting on the ceiling which greatly simplifies the decor and provides an airy and modern vibeThe kitchen is accompanied by a dining table with chairs that can also be used as an island
There’s plenty of space in the kitchen to cook and hang outThe storage area underneath the raised platform provides even more space for kitchen supplies
There are full-size appliances cleverly integrated into the design in a practical and convenient wayThe kitchen backsplash has a beautiful zig-zag design make with white subway tiles
There’s also task lighting on the underside of the wall-mounted kitchen cabinets
